A list of 55 PCL XL errors follows. Some of the errors indicate a possible workaround; however, others do not. When this occurs, suggest the customer use the HP PCL5e or Microsoft Operating System driver as a workaround. If an error occurs randomly and cannot be reproduced then it is most likely a communication error.

Xerox M15 подключен через USB к компьютеру, и открыт доступ по сети. Примерно 2-3 раза в день происходит сбой: принтер при печати выдает абракадабру и страницу с ошибкой:

Закономерностей не обнаружено, но, похоже, это происходит, когда МФУ одновременно работает как принтер и как сканер. При этом при попытке сканирования программа выдает сообщение, что устройство недоступно.
Решение этой проблемы кроется в установках принтера. При выводе на печать используйте растровую печать, либо «печатать как графику». Эти настройки Вы найдете в свойствах принтера именно того компьютера, с которого шла эта ошибка.Если и это не помогает, то попробуйте переставить драйвер.
